Firstly as I mentioned at the beginning you should be aware that renting a house in the UK may be different in many ascpects. It will not be corresponding process like in the Polish realities. What does it mean in practice?
Above all, the agreement for renting may consist numerous points listing set out occupant’s responsibilities.
In case of renting houses on the British Isles we should know that the agreement determining renting may contain responsibilities such as: necessity of cleaning the backyard which belongs to the accomodation or necessity of paying for television license.
We may be required to pay for ground rent, for professional company services specialising in servicing described vehicles which are in the house.
There are also fees for just cleaning of local by company which specialise in such services.
Naturally, these are extreme accidents and seldom. However, we have to be prepared for any situation.

In such a case, the owner of house has a right to demand an additional insurance in form of an agreement with that person’s parents: if the tenant will not pay the rent on time or will cause damages without any financial responsibility, then automatically the people indicated as „rent guatantors” bore the costs.
