In practice the british owners of furnished dwellings prefer variation when the agreement envisages all people living in the house (joint tenants).

Remember that when you move out from house it doesn not mean that you are exempted from paying costs provided in the agreement.

Rent guarantor

The other essential aspect associated with granting a house in the UK is so-called rent guarantor. On the area of UK, different owners of houses like also some residential agents may recognize that given tenant is „dangerous”.

It concers a young people, former prisoners and many people who have never rent similar dwelling in the UK.

In such a case, the owner of house has a right to demand an additional insurance in form of an agreement with that person’s parents: if the tenant will not pay the rent on time or will cause damages without any financial responsibility, then automatically the people indicated as „rent guatantors” bore the costs.
